    1. We, RevComm, Inc., understand that personal information protection is an important social responsibility of our company. We affirm that we will establish and operate a personal information protection management system appropriately to ensure that all of our employees, including directors and officers, comply with laws and regulations in relation to the personal information handled by all of our businesses and the personal information of our employees and other related persons, and we commit to put forth our utmost efforts to continuously improve our personal information protection management system while always monitoring changes in social developments.

    1. We recognize the importance of protecting personal information. We therefore clearly state the purposes of use, which are within the scope necessary to conduct our business activities, and will acquire, use, and provide personal information in an appropriate manner. We will use acquired personal information only within the scope of the purposes of use and will take measures to ensure that acquired information is not used for any other purpose.
    2. In the event that we entrust all or part of the handling of personal information acquired through the measures described in the preceding paragraph, including personal information handled in our post-business activities and personal information received from our employees, etc., or in the event that we provide personal information to a third party, we will select a business operator that meets the adequate level of personal information protection, and we promise to take appropriate measures to ensure the safe handling of personal information through contracts or other means.
    3. We will take reasonable safety, preventive, and corrective measures against the risk of leakage, loss, or damage of personal information so that customers can provide us with their personal information with confidence and trust.
    4. As a company entrusted with important personal information, we will comply with the laws and regulations regarding the handling and protection of personal information and other norms, including guidelines created by the competent authorities based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
    5. We will continuously review and improve our personal information protection management system to ensure the appropriate use and protection of personal information.
    6. For any complaints or questions regarding the handling of personal information by our company, our Personal Information Contact Point/Consultation Service Helpdesk will respond promptly and appropriately to such complaints and questions.
